854 West Third Street, Willliamsport, PA, was the first interactive rehabilitation project in Lycoming County, PA. The property at 854 West Third street was constructed in the mid 1850's and has retained much of it's original historical integrity. When LNDC purchased the property in December of 1999, it was in a deplorable state. We completed this project in 2001.
